Institutional Committees

Sri Eshwarammaji School of Nursing maintains statutory committees to safeguard student welfare, ensure a ragging-free campus, and provide a transparent channel for grievance redressal, in line with Nursing Council and UGC guidelines.

Anti-Ragging Committee

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited on the campus, hostels and clinical postings. The Anti-Ragging Committee monitors compliance, conducts awareness sessions for new students, and takes prompt action on any reported incident as per applicable UGC / State regulations.

Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee provides students and staff a fair and confidential platform to raise academic, administrative or personal concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a respectful campus environment.

Chairperson: Principal
Members: Faculty coordinator, student welfare officer and student representatives
Grievances may be submitted in writing to the Principal's office or via the Contact Us page.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

Constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, the ICC ensures a safe and dignified environment for all women students, faculty and staff.

Presiding Officer: Senior Faculty Member (Woman)
Members: Faculty representatives and an external member
Complaints may be addressed confidentially to the Presiding Officer or the Principal's office.
